Pauline Tate Floyd

On March 3, 2008, Pauline went to be with the Lord. We have to keep repeating these facts to ourselves, because it is almost impossible to believe and not just because she isn’t here in the flesh. It’s hard to believe, because so much of who she was is still alive with us--present at every church service, felt at every event, and heard at every gathering of the saints.
She was the Deacon of the Outreach Ministry as well as our Church Secretary. She was the very embodiment of joy, as no one can ever recall any time when Pauline was not smiling, encouraging others or testifying to Adonai’s grace. She is most remembered for her care for others and her consistent zeal in reaching out to anyone who needed a touch of Adonai’s presence.
Our congregation is so blessed to have had someone like Pauline in our midst. To say she will “never be forgotten” isn’t quite adequate. To say is that she is ever-present with us begins to describe the imprint she made on the Triumphant Church!
