Carol Madkins is a member of The Triumphant
Church where she serves as an Elder and the Chief Financial
Officer. Carol's "greatest desire" is to glorify
her Lord in all areas of her life.
Carol was "saved" early
in life at the age of seven or eight and set out to
serve the Lord to the best of her abilities. In October
1983, she became a member of the Rhema Faith Center
Church in Vienna, Virginia, where the Word of God came
alive to her. There Carol blossomed and served under
Pastors Cameron and Anna Simmons as an Usher, a Greeter,
a Children's Ministry Teacher, the Nursery Ministry
Leader, Adults Sunday School Teacher, and a Counter.
From September 1986 to April 1995, she served as a deacon.
In 1994, LeRoy and Rita Thompson
became pastors of Rhema Faith Center Church. That same
year, Carol became the Youth Ministry Leader. In 1995,
the church received a new name, The Triumphant Church.
In that year, Carol became Head Deacon, serving until
April 1999, when she became an Elder. Carol now provides
guidance and support to the Discipleship Ministry. |
