Alice Faye Davis is currently
head of the Children's Ministry (part of the Family
Ministries). She has been a member of the Triumphant
Church since the mid 80s when it was called "The
Rhema Faith Center." Here she has renewed and affirmed
herself in Jesus with rededication and rebaptism. She
feels truly blessed and has grown so much spiritually
over these years, having received the anointed word from
the pastors and leaders. One of her scripture mainstays
has been Hebrews 10:36: “For ye have need of
patience (endurance) so that after you have done the will
of God, ye may receive the promise.”
Faye
has taken advantage of most all classes provided within
her years here, taking in each transforming message
through the Holy Spirit. She actively participated in
the different service ministries during this time from
sweeping floors with the Tabernacle Ministry to Gatekeepers
to the Children’s Ministry as well as occasionally
supporting other ministries as needed. She has also
found fulfillment in participating in drama productions,
outreach, conferences, and other activities that the
church sponsors.
Faye was born in rural Sampson County, North Carolina.
She was raised in a large and active missionary Baptist
family. She has four sisters and four brothers. Her
mother, father, two brothers, and one sister have gone
on to be with the Lord. |
